NCSA LEGEND AWARD INTENTION AND CRITERIA
BASMAN RETURNS - Federal Budget wrap up
This year's federal budget in many ways lived up to its hype. It was mostly a dull and boring affair - but there were some surprises.
Small business owners have plenty to smile about. The 1.5% tax rate cut has been confirmed, but it's also been extended to owners of unincorporated small businesses.
Small Businesses also get an immediate deduction for individual assets costing less than $20,000.
As always, please feel free to Alan on 0419 671 602 for further details and information.
Cheers

Polished Concrete Low Maintenance Floors
The growing trend of utilizing Polished Concrete Floors as a
design element for retail & residential flooring has become the norm.
Polished Concrete system is now the most popular flooring system in the world.
Polished Concrete floors are more hygienic, easier to maintain and a lot more durable
than tiles, carpet and timber and have the lowest maintenance cost..
The old systems of applying sealers onto concrete is obsolete and
the new technology today is called Densification .
Densificaiton is a system of chemically modifying
& hardening the existing concrete floor . Not all densifiers work well and
one only needs to look at some of
our larger retail floors to see how some of the lower grades of densifiers have not performed over 5 or 10 years.

Status of Australia's Commercial Cleaning Services
IBISWorld, recognised as the most trusted independent source of industry and market research in Australia, stated in their December 2013 industry report that the forecast for the commercial cleaning services industry will continue to be stable until 2019. Industry analyst Alen Allday believes that the continuous rise in demand for commercial cleaning services is due to the “high and dual-income households and the progressive ageing of the population.”
Demand for Cleaning Services
An increasing number of Australians, both in government and numerous businesses have taken to outsourcing cleaning services so that they can focus on more important tasks. In response to this growing demand, major cleaning companies began introducing additional cleaning services and organizations to strengthen the cleaning industry. They have also modified their services to satisfy the needs of their clients. Aside from that, a large number of homes for aged people also offer cleaning services for disabled people, increasing the number of industry players.
